    During your complimentary consultation, we’ll explore your travel goals, preferences, and what matters most to you. STAEWYNN does not charge a planning fee for hotel bookings if you have confirmed travel dates and a specific property in mind.

    For all other travel planning services, including tailored itineraries, a non-refundable planning fee of $450 per week of travel applies. This fee covers the consultation and planning process and may vary based on the complexity of the trip, destination, travel season, and number of travelers. This fee will be clearly communicated during your consultation and must be paid before any planning begins. Planning fees are non-refundable.
